Ace Hardware carries it if you can't find it anywhere else. SuperLube makes a whole line of lubricants, the one you want is the thick grease in a tube.

However, you're working at it way too hard, Larry. If the toilet is a PH II, all you really need to do is remove the pump from the base (If it's a Jabsco or other make on which the top of the pump can be removed, remove it instead) ...stick the tube into the the bottom (or the top) of the pump and give it a HEALTHY squirt...then reattach or close up the pump ...pump a few times to spread it all over the inside of the cylinder...you're done. Don't bother to lube the joker valve...replace it ANNUALLY.
