We carry jugs of spring water for drinking and cooking. Would refill if needed. We prefer to use tank water for washing.

I remember once seeing a Hinkley at a dock filling up its main water tanks with spring water at Coecles Harbor. What a waste! The lady of the boat (or should I say "princess"?) had gone to the marina's chandlery with two dock carts and bought out their supply of bottled water. She was pouring them in one-by-one, and tying up the fuel dock for about an hour. The dock boy wasn't happy but was trying to be polite, and other boats were getting impatient while standing off to get in for fuel.
