I watched an obviously southbound couple try to leave there one day. It was very traumatic for the participating Admiral. From the sound of her carrying on, I wouldn't be surprised that she left the cruise right then and there. I felt bad for them both. Terror, embarassment, busted rails and woodwork, a second damaged boat, etc and can only imagine the loss of confidence for both of them. Sounds like you folks took it in stride and will make it a learning event rather than a 'final' event.
