haven't ever ventured up the Penobscot....much less Bangor. If I were going to I would borrow a vessel that goes against the current better.....it might be a fun diversion if I had Midcoast Marine or Winterport Marine haul me....it may come to that as there are some changes afoot in Belfast.

We shall see......maybe take a ride on the Prudence.
