The last company I worked for was bought up by a company that, as part of the deal, was not going to pay a large share of the purchase price for several years after they took over.

Anyway, the magazine was primarily an advertising vehicle for Bob Bitchin's own store. The quality of the columnists left a lot to be desired. In general, a pretty poor rag. I for one won't miss it.
