Thanks for the good words. Jody and I and the whole crew will get thru this, and we WILL be back. We may have been wiped out financially, but mentally we are still sharp as a bowling ball! We WILL need photos, stories, feature boats, for our new endeavor, which we will unveil as soon as we can get thru the legal bullshit. The Lost Soul belongs to the man we sold it to 5 years ago. We are still friends, and he had leased it to "the Company" We used it fro tree weeks (Jody 7 I) after being told we would have it to use for company promotions. We worked on it for two of the three weeks cleaning it and fixing it, and then sailed it north to show at the Oakland Boat show in April. That was the last time we saw her. The new owners moved aboard soon after that, and the last we heard, the owner is taking it back this weekend.

As for getting paid for the magazine... we can't discuss this because our lawyer won't let us, but we are NOT happy and are facing bankruptcy.
