I don't think so. Boats coming up the coast are still a little light but it's hard to find a crowd this far up the coast, anywhere. When the regular weather pattern prevails, the wind dies at dusk, the water flattens, and the temperatures nicely settle for the evening.
This young women in a red dress gracefully swung her rod back, loaded a big bend into it, and let fly,... for the moon! I think she got there.
