create a more direct market for the lobstermen in the areas she bought pounds. Most of the Maine lobstermen sell to Canada, they do all the processing, so the lobstermen don't have to deal with marketing, handling. But they get paid the least that way. Nobody is making them sell to Canadian processing plants though....
Bean planned to pay a bit more and try to market most of the catch herself in her lobster rolls and prepared tails etc. I don't know if she's been able to do better for her lobstermen?
