So as usual, we were very unrealistic about what we could get done in one weekend. Needless to say, no wood got "treated"! Instead, since the boat was very wet inside for an undetermined period of time, everything, and I mean everything got wiped down with bleach. Thankfully we found very little mold/mildew and very few surprises. It was 900 degrees working in a boat in a yard in North Carolina this weekend! We brought the cabin sole home to refinish; it just needs a little spiffing up thankfully. With regard to my matress "dilemma", I got a good quote from The Original Mattress Factory and they are going to make them. We are on our way to getting this boat back in the water by the end of September! Thanks for your help; I will have more questions.
