Do you prefer wood or charcoal for fuel? I seem to be the odd man out on that. Many with solid stoves say coal works better for them. I can't understand that except that we like fast hot heat which bone dry hardwood chunks deliver in a hurry. We never burn the stove overnight(I wouldn't burn any sort of heater on a boat overnight) so don't need the long burn time.
