TV said the peak gusts in Annapolis were over 60 knots.

The "eye" is just north of Baltimore now. Winds in Annapolis are from the west. It looks like as the eye moves westward, the winds may actually pick-up.
They've had close to 6" of rain in Annapolis.
Jon's issue will probably be the surge and high tide events. Hope he, his home, and his boat are well.
