As a dirt dweller I have three very large and beautiful trees down (sort of mourning about that), lots of asphalt roof shingles and a metal chimney cap on the ground. Won't know the extent until it gets light out. Running on generator now, power went out last night.

I expect the surge took a lot of local boats last night. Keeping my hopes up for myself and friends. Will try to go see my boat later (if they let me into the area). Police forced evacuation yesterday from designated coastal flood zones.
