This is the type of horror I think of in third world countries. 
In Response To: 20 died in 2005 when a tour boat tipped over in Lake George ()
Where you really should have your wits about you, before getting on the "bus". I remember this horrible event and remembering boating on Lake George, this type of accident was hard to imagine.
