20 died in 2005 when a tour boat tipped over in Lake George
Well, the added weight would only be a problem if everyone sat on one side of the boat.
Saw a tour boat listing badly in Portland Harbor

This is the type of horror I think of in third world countries.
NTSB Report...It really shouldn't have had more than 14 passengers!
