If you're just moving your boat next door, it doesn't seem too much of an issue. Maybe you'll be happy there and decide to drop the club membership.
I use a marina for winter storage that requires us to bring the boat upriver beneath a 60 ft (MHW) bridge clearance. This Fall I couldn't get under the bridge (our air draft of 63 feet clears by only a few feet at low tide) because they were doing maintenance, and had cables strung horizontally about 4 feet beneath the bridge. I went an extra 20nm to an alternate marina and I'm very happy there. It will add about 25 minutes by car, so I'll visit less frequently, but they treated me well and handled the boat beautifully at haul-out.
The bridge is below. (We wouldn't clear that blue center-span marker light). More than once, we've startled the nesting pigeons.
