Holy cow! Did Sabre really put those plastic cowls on?

() On a high priced item like a new Sabre sailboat, I'm amazed at items they try to save a few bucks on. Accounting must have spec'ed those. 
Nice upgrade Dave. Do the cowls have a dorade box like drain out the back?
