That part should last at least a decade.

I retired my original 4-108 at 17 years and 5600 hours, never had a problem with the exhaust.

My now 10 Y.O. Beta has never had a problem.

Four year inspection sounds like a good idea to me but replacement?

Has anyone else seen that short of a life on an elbow?
