My point is that Rockland's town government, or it merchants, or whatever would be served by making that service available for a lower, more reasonable cost. The harbor and town would be enhanced by it.
In Annapolis, the cost is a lot lower (as I recall). I don't think it is subsidized. I realize the season is longer.
In Marblehead, they service is by a whole bunch of yacht clubs. Other towns have services and make them work. Scituate, for example.
