We are planning to be here in the Delta for a bit over another month, but so far.....
Jill and I like the Sea of Cortez a lot more. NOT that the Delta is bad, just that we think the Sea has;
More, MUCH more sea life / sea food
clearer water for snorkeling and swimming (sea food on the hoof)
more sailing – like with the sails out and pulling for more than a few hundred feet at a time.
Anchoring in sand, not mud.

On the Delta side there are a LOT more places to stop in a marina. It seems like hundreds!
It cools off at night for better sleeping.
Mud Bugs to eat.
