looking to replace my main sail on a Catalina 36 which I use primarily for cruising, but I do want to sail efficiently. I am leaning towards a North main sail and was looking for any input people may have:
* fully battened? seems like most people get this now although I do see a lot of sails that only the top few battens full. Any thoughts?
* North QuickCover with lazy jacks - any reason not to get one. I like the idea of not having use sail ties anymore and not having to wrestle & fold the sail anymore.
* The other option I was considering was the Doyle StackPak - any real advantages over the North Sail that I should consider?
