One point made in comments on Yanmar vs Beta is that Beta is a small company and could disappear (or be taken over by Yanmar like Vetus were this year) and that the marine specific parts could then be hard to find.

The only complex "marine specific" part that I can see is the FW/seawater heat exchanger.
Any thoughts?
