And the kitchen sink.

I seem to recall on this board see a picture of a galley where the sink could be easily removed for access under it?

I'm in the process of redoing my little galley. I've owned this boat for years and access to the fresh water pump was always terrible as it's stuck back under the galley. I pulled the sink out last week to replace some formica from the 70s and there's the pump right there. Which got me thinking, it would be nice if I could devise a way to pull the sink out without having to disconnect all the hoses and unscrew the retaining clips, which the back retaining clips are impossible to get to.

Looking for ideas.. The drain line shouldn't be a problem if I get a 90 degree drain and loop hose underneath the sink. I thought maybe I could mount the sink in a block of wood and then screw the wood down from the top, but that seems kind of ugly. I could weld some stainless hinges to the bottom of the sink and just tip it forward.. Though with the sink flange, they would have to be more like arms than hinges. That might work.

If it works, here's a picture of the setup after I pulled off the old formica, and the pump visible through the sink hole. Sorry for the picture quality..
