As I understand they put foils on less than a year ago and everyone was in a rush to catch up.

Rules are rules. If you can honestly work within the rules all's fair.

For me it got to the point where I didn't care who won. It was all about the race and playing the game. Never experienced watching a sporting event where that happened before,,,, Rooting for the game and not anyone in particular to win.

It was about as exciting as a sport can get.
