All you need to do is delete the app on the Iphone or Ipad and let your computer reinstall the older Navionics application on file in the backup. If you already synced to your backup computer you're screwed.

I'm finding that I don't like some of the new apps as well. That's the only way around the dilemma is not to sync until you know.
