  • Dutch friends made a black steel boat and ended up in the Caribbean. It was UNBEARABLE in the sun topside included.

    • Black hulled boat in Hawaii. Deck color must be light, hull not critical.
      • In '80 we had Brylcream on the boat. It was thick by then. Used it on our noses offshore in lieu of zinc.
