to be in that kind of wind. We experienced 80-100 and the house was noticeably moving in the gusts. It was loud and scary. A few people I know lost windows that blew out.
Double that velocity means an exponential increase in wind pressure. I'm absolutely certain my house couldn't survive that. It's just not built to that standard. Roofs would lift off, windows would shatter, and it would probably disintegrate and blow away. We would have to huddle in the basement and hope not to be trapped by the rubble. (I spent some time thinking about this after Sandy and even googled "tornado shelters" but never pulled the trigger on the construction. It's probably not worth it in my area, and it would become a place to breed spiders and would need to be cleaned at least every month or two.)
