then head down to Eleuthera and across to the Exumas. This is my wife's first trip south so we'll try to see it all.

In the past I've often crossed at night in light (10 knots) north winds, pulled into West End at dawn, tied up by the customs shack, taken a nap waiting for them to open, then sailed off to Great Sale that day. The new boat has 4" more draft and may make the Indian Cay channel a bit dicier. So we may enter at Memory Rock and clear in at Spanish or Green Turtle. It's still an open question.
