Back in the day I was a diehard snow skier. Summer was a total inconvenience, there was nothing to do. I moved to San Diego and discovered that summer was actually OK and there could be a balance between summer and winter sports. After many years in SoCal we moved to Newport in the strange land of Rhode Island where we learned of swamp yankees and New England inhospitality. A resignation and move back to Erie followed shortly after that. Now we have a house, a boat with a YC membership and a hunting lodge on 10 acres in the mountains...plus all the "stuff" required to use and maintain them.
It would be one hell of a garage sale though.........hmmmm.........I hear Charleston SC is pretty this time of year?
