Good point, I'll mount it high in the cellar, as it's probably overkill as it is. All the water would be out of the house except for a 300 gallon reservoir tank installed for droughts. If this thing comes on too much, which it probably won't, at least I'll know I'm contributing in some small measure to Gail's retirement
