This could turn into a Catch 22 - you can't rent it, but you can't leave it uninhabited either.

I think if we end up not renting we'll plan to spend time here each year, and hopefully that keeps it out of an uninhabited classification.

It's supposed to get cold again next week, so I'm going to monitor the cellar temps a little more precisely and then figure out my options.
