I just changed our insurance from ACE to IMIS (Al Golden) since ACE would not cover out transatlantic. I told Al there was a good chance we would be going to Spitzbergen and he seemed quite familiar with the requirements and suggested it would be a pretty simple process for him to get the required bond. So he might be worth talking to.
