I'd have to be pretty desperate to attempt this entrance in those conditions. If the storm was forecast to build maybe but about a mile to the East is a harbor that looks a bit easier although it's hard to tell what the exact wave direction was. It doesn't look like anything along that coast would be easy with sea coming out of the North. Maybe some harnesses would have been a good idea though. The location is Zumaia Spain.
