Yeah, always enjoyed that.

Putting the laptop in a waterproof bag and going to shore to find a connection. We had long range wifi on the boat but I always enjoyed the shore trips. I can understand the attraction of broadband on the boat but for me it defeats a lot of what what we cruised for. We always liked being disconnected. Hell when we cruised Venezuela we were out of communication for more than a month.
