I got these things called "Dome Plugs" from a D&R Marine. They are these +1" or so, white/ivory rubber/plastic caps that snap into the 1" holes. A quick Google search turned up tons of them. Cheers, John

  - Are you thinking of like a 3/4" or so hole cap for over bolts?
    - Yes, Westy. I had to remove caps
      - I've seen them in a hardware store with a good fastener department.
