Doing some reading, there is more control with the outhaul. I'll have to pay more attention to the telltales now. While they may look right in fact the sail still needs adjusting.

I rigged my lazy jacks to allow gathering the lines to cleats on the mast. I need some practice to see what works best. I'll be looking for you in the bay.
