I have used a Dahon folding bike, an electric scooter and have kicked a Razor once or twice. For two people a pair of Dahon's is the way to go. Get the stainless steel marine version. For one person the electric scooter is ok but you need to be up against a low dock with a swim platform on your boat to get one off reasonably easy. Two would be too much. A Razor is a toy.
