Are you a Mac guy? MacBook Air perhaps, unless you need a big screen.

Are you a Windows guy? Surface Pro perhaps, unless you need a big screen.

Whatever you get don't skimp on Memory. What seems like a lot now might become restrictive later -- especially if you take a lot of images or video.
