I was just thinking that it may be worth the time to switch my shopvac over to "wet" and put the extensions on the hose? I know there is at least one old electric bilge pump housing and a crapload of fasteners that someone dropped over the years. I actually can't see the whole sump, it disappears under the engine bed. I know that cause I was trying to get that pump housing out with my boat hook, it rolled off the end and vanished.
