Bottom line for YOU: Pink stuff freezes over at well over 50 below. In a Jabsco Electric Head, you might want to use higher rated stuff. You certainly DON'T want to have it diluted in practice.
It's one thing to have the potable antifreeze solution get a little slushy inside a plastic pipe -- it quite another thing to have it get that way inside ceramic or very rigid container.
I've used the CAMCO in the Chesapeake, generally without issue -- but in your neck of the woods, I'd be more cautious....
