If you really want to piss off the neighbors get a Lister Air Cooled Diesel generator, put it in a concrete block shed as c;pse tp their house as you can get it with the roof ridgeline and open gable pointed at their house. Our neighbors did that to us and it nearly came to Hatfield/McCoy feud before the generator developed an oil leak and blew up.
