Our real estate is very limited, all winter storage takes place in what are the parking lots over the summer. We even store on jackstands instead of cradles to get the boats closer together. Right now, the east end of the club is completely full of boats, the rest of the club has enough room for cars to get by each other but it is really better to park outside the gate until lift-in is done. Once the boats come out of the water it would be pretty much impossible to get a crane to the docks unless it was floating. Of course, with proper planning and enough money I suppose anything is possible but our club is non-profit and the members do all the work.
