Some of the places along the west sides of the Cape like Plymouth might be an issue. I'd watch the passages into some of the river entrances north of you along the coast. Example might be Newburyport. The canal passage north of Gloucester might have some changes in that channel. (I can't get through because of draft issues. )

Marblehead should be fine. Pretty rocky and you are so busy there, it will be fixed or everyone will tell you about it.

We stop at Marblehead on our way back from Maine each year we have gone up there. Nice people, nice town, great sailing harbor.
