I thought the picture of the right front tire that you removed looked strange to me for tire (even a retread) coming apart.

You you have retreads or belted tires on the rig?

It's really fortunate that you spotted it right away. You wouldn't really want to be dragging that rig down the highway with odd "wheels" :^)))
