Always thought I'd do that if I moved to the East Coast

() We were thinking of moving somewhere along or near the ICW. I had the idea of cutting a short channel in a grassy back yard and instalilng very tall pilings & a wooden deck on 3 sides. Hell, even a small BBQ eating area under a gazibo near the boat with the house just a 100 feet away.
I can dream can't I.
