Today I was replacing my water heater on Brendon when I knelt over and touched the engine. I got a pretty good jolt and and couldn't figure out why. I checked with my volt meter and I was getting all the right numbers across the different wires but still I was being shocked with 57 volts. I called John on the telephone (on Sunday I might add) and told him my problem. I got John involved because he sold me the water heater duel element that I needed for my voltage diverted. If I loose a voltage regulator on a solar panel, wind generator or on either of the engine alternators the excess current diverts into the hot water heater and doesn't fry my AGM batteries. John and I talked 5 times over the course of the day with him walking me through tests on various pieces of equipment. Some of the tests I had already done but he through in some others and by the end of our 5th conversation we had figured it out. What great customer service that is! I've dealt with John and Libby for years and he has never stepped back from a problem. He has always gone way beyond what you would expect. Way, way beyond. If you need a wind generator system, a solar panel system, or pretty much anything electrical give him and Libby a call. I can't thank them enough for all the help over the years.
