You really need to call but this is how it works.

Permanent space for larger boats is fully leased. But, they have space on a month to month basis - you have to give 30 days notice if leaving. They have a winter storage period where you can sign a multiple month contract for a reduced rate. When you are in there month to month they ask you to leave for race week and a few other special events.

I am month to month. I prefer it because I can leave for a few summer months and not have to pay year round. The catch is when you want to return there may not be space for you. I have not had a problem yet but they were very full last winter.

I have given notice and will be leaving July 3rd, probably not returning until September of October. I will anchor in Holmes Harbor or outside of Langley Marina and trailer my dink home.
