The TSBB forum software Phil recommended is good, works mostly like this forum and and has a few additional bells and whistles like better photo posting and link - parsing. (it was actually developed with funding from the TSBBers themselves.)

Not sure what you would call this place that would attract more posters. Cruising sailors just about describes it. On the other hand, I'd certainly be open to something that drew more folks in. Suggestions anyone?

It is still the best sailing general forum out there.
