Re: While not the same exact issue... still the birds...

...or at least one Seagull in particular, has taken to being really really defensive about the dock my boat is on. This kamikaze seagull sits on boats that are about half way down the dock and when it sees people approaching, it starts swooping and diving a'la the movie "The Birds." Very aggressive behaviour. I have had to wave my arms about to protect my head as I trek down the dock to my boat.

I saw a broken egg on the dock about a week ago... somehow I think that is the connection... but at this point, it really doesn't matter... what matters is keeping that dive bombing gull out of my face and hair.

The bird has also dove at my wife and dog... It seems to associate anyone that walks way down toward the end of the dock as "the enemy."

And yeah, we have those giant pterodactyl like birds in the local trees around the parking lot... The observant drivers understand that any parking spot that has white in it is a no parking zone... every now and then someone either doesn't understand or just doesn't get it... and they park in the "white zone" only to have their car covered in a matter of hours.
