Nix-a-lite. (In the early 70's, I thought it was a joke when I used to have an honest profession and was designing buildings. An old Job Captain for the architectural firm told me that the solution to a precast window ledge and birds was "Nix-a-lite". It thought he was pulling my leg. He laughed and said: "Look it up, kid". ;^)))) )
