If I remember correctly, you wrote earlier that the battery charger and the outlets work? But the water heater and microwave don't?
If so, one each on the front and back of the panel work and one each don't. Could there be a missing feed?
If the PO never used the equipment, he would never have know to call for a warranty fix . .
Of course, if I'm misreading you . . ignore this - I wish it were possible to see more than one post at a time (but I will not complain to Phil as he's so good to us).
